Happy Friday everybody! (Click the button if you need more information on Friday Firsts!) In the words of Pioneer Woman "Has this week been particularly crazy, hectic, bizarre, frenzied, and nuts…or is it just me?" It flew by for me, which in terms of getting homework done isn't always the best thing! We had a pretty uneventful Memorial Day because Johnny came down with a man-cold, so we just hung out at home and ordered take-out ribs from The Patio, a Chicagoland chain.
Now it's your turn to tell me about your first! To participate in Friday Firsts create a blog post featuring a "first" of yours. Next, link that blog post below and tell us about it! If you don't have a blog or a specific post to link to please tell us about your first in the comment section! Any and all participation is welcome!
If you would like to display the Friday Firsts button as a badge in your post or on your side bar, you can copy and paste the following code:

I've never really managed to find anything that special about baby bananas either! I have to confess I prefer ordinary ones!!
Yeah they are expensive and no big deal(HAHAHA) I AM FUNNY!
OK my first is a bit of stretch but I thought I would write a quick guide to drying herbs. HA! not easy I had to keep back tracking and rewriting but I finally did it. WHEW!
I actually learned a trick once with all bananas that you can just pinch the bottom and then usually they'll peel a lot easier!
a "man-cold" lol too funny!!!!!
hey what did you have done?? your wisdom teeth pulled or something?? (im looking at your tweets lol- stalker!!!)
YES we can support each other! i get an epic fail for this morning, i got up too late- but i brought my yoga mat with me, so i'll be doing it at lunch time!! yippee!
yea my measurements are ok, but im hoping that focusing on the task at hand will distract me!
We tried baby bananas a while back, they're cute but I think I prefer regular bananas :)
Yes, this week has been crazy, hectic, frenzied, and more! Actually, the past two weeks have been that way for me ... hence my lack of posting/commenting on other's blogs. I hope things will calm down after next week.
I've never tried the baby bananas either ... but, like you, I like bananas to be a little under ripe.
Since I've had no time to cook or develop recipes lately, my first this week is a guest post by my dad on selecting an outdoor grill. Its the first in a series! :)
Happy weekend, Christina!
Oh there are TONs of baby bananas here in Singapore! Ah, Christina, I wish you were here! They've got this battered and DEEP FRIED bananas called piseng goreng...SO good!! Maybe you can try that yourself sometime? ;-)
Yeah, the little package was $1.25 - boo! Oh well, I still tried something new, right?! Live and learn!
Amy I got my wisdom teeth out 4 yrs ago - I was giving Twitter support to Sophia who is having pain w/ hers!
I wish I was there too Sophia! Your posts the past few weeks have been so awesome to read!
I love these Friday Firsts! I just realized though that the only two posts I have linked up both involved booze! Hmmmm...what does that say about me?
Why is it that anything small is somehow cuter? Those bananas are adorable!
Well this are dang cute!
