Beef Stir-Fry
Tonight's dinner was a quick stir-fry of fresh broccoli, carrots, onion and some canned stir-fry veggies. The sauce was a mixture of hoison and soy sauce, and I used our leftover steak, sliced thin, as the protein. It was all served over white rice and came together in a few minutes.
Most of the dinners I'm going to be cooking this week are all recipes I've already featured on my blog!
Tomorrow I'm going to make my Egg-cchini Parmesan, Thursday is Stuffed Green Peppers and Friday is Biz's home-made pizza. Because the parmesan and stuffed green peppers use red sauce, I might try Biz's idea of white pizza this go around!
My God-daughter's mom had her Facebook status set as "Lyn is now making a peanut butter and banana cheesecake" earlier today. I'm currently in the process of beating the recipe out of her, so stay tuned, because I plan on sharing the recipe and pictures with you guys!

I hope you get the recipe for that! I'm going to be making banana chocolate chip bread today since I have 4 bananas a little too over ripe!
Great stir fry! Hope the white pizza works out!!
Thanks, Biz! Unfortunately, both J and I got really, really sick around Wednesday of last week so NONE of those items were made. Maybe this week...
